Refund Policy for Gympie Landscape Supplies

Welcome to Gympie Landscape Supplies. We are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy which outlines the conditions under which a return or exchange is possible.

General Refund Policy

For most products purchased through Gympie Landscape Supplies, customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

Bulk Products (Soil, Compost, and other loose materials)

Please note, all sales of bulk products are final upon delivery. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for bulk items such as soil and compost because they can become contaminated once delivered. We encourage our customers to review their orders thoroughly before completing the purchase to ensure full satisfaction with the products selected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us at (07) 5482 8161. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate. For quicker processing, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
